Cardiff University are excited to offer a rare opportunity for a qualified Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Wellbeing Team. The successful candidate will work with autonomy delivering professional, appropriate, and proportional therapeutic interventions within an existing stepped care framework. Their work will facilitate young people in achieving their academic potential, by overcoming barriers related to emotional, psychological or mental health issues and support their transition to professional adult life. Wellbeing Practitioners deliver a variety of low intensity, high volume wellbeing interventions to support students who are experiencing emotional, psychological and mental health issues during their time in University. This role is partly clinical, and therefore you are expected to have the appropriate qualifications and experience for delivery of evidence-based psychological interventions within a stepped care framework. We welcome applications for those seeking full time or part-time employment and the post is open ended. Salary: £40,247 to £45,163 per annum (Grade 6) pro rata for hours worked.
