- £475.44 per day (PAYE) Estimated Start Date: January 2024 My client, a global technology leader, is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition, engagement, and retention of Live Sports and Live Events content on the client’s digital platforms across Europe.
This is a hands-on opportunity to plan and execute high-impact on-site campaigns, collaborate with multiple global teams, and leverage marketing tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute on-site marketing strategies for Live Sports and Live Events, focusing on driving customer engagement and conversions.
Manage multi-touch campaigns, ensuring robust content discoverability and supporting channel growth across various European regions.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the timely production and delivery of marketing assets, including on-site marketing messaging.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and improve channel performance.
Lead the development of proposals, testing plans, and campaign reviews, presenting them to senior leadership.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, ensuring key launches are supported and aligned with overall marketing goals.
Work closely with product and tech teams to develop and implement new features and scalable programs that enhance the customer experience.
Must Have Requirements: Proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally with a background in digital entertainment or sports.
Experience managing campaigns across multiple European territories.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and metrics to assess performance and drive improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience, particularly with senior leadership.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Excel (or similar tools) to analyse data and optimize marketing performance.
Familiarity with in-house digital marketing scheduling tools.
Ability to work effectively with tech teams to improve tools or user features.
A passion for Live Sports, Music, and Digital Entertainment.
Fluency in one or more European languages (German, French, Italian, or Spanish).
Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Quick Sight).
