The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join a growing Entertainment, Media & Sport team. The role offers the chance to develop your expertise, work with a diverse client portfolio, and contribute to the expansion of a highly regarded division. You’ll play a key role in servicing and administering new and existing clients across open market, e-traded, and insurer portal products. The Role - Commercial Account Handler • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.• Handle new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments efficiently and accurately.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers to support business growth and retention.• Review and ensure accuracy of all documentation issued by insurers.• Provide support to Account Executives, including preparing new business and renewal reports.• Cross-sell appropriate insurance cover to existing clients.• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure internal systems are accurately managed.• Process invoices, manage credit control, and maintain a robust diary system.• Work with clients from the Entertainment & Sport sector as well as general commercial insurance clients. About You: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial insurance, handling a range of products.• Strong knowledge of Property and Liability insurance, with exposure to additional commercial risks.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build client and insurer relationships.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and experience with broking systems (Acturis preferred).• Highly organised, detail-focused, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
