Salary: £28,929 - £30,189 prorated to £22,504- £23,484

The Queenswell Schools are an exciting, friendly and creative multicultural Infant and Junior schools, situated in Whetstone. We are looking for a motivated teaching assistant to join our Inclusion team, who is committed to working with wonderful children and helping them achieve their full potential regardless of their special educational need.
About the Role
An entry level teaching assistant providing support to individual pupil(s) with additional needs within a mainstream school. The key focus of this job is to:
1. Support the classroom teacher with the development and education of all pupils.
2. Assist in the development of pupils' learning, the provision of care and the management of pupils' behaviour under the direction of teaching staff/senior colleagues.
Jobholders generally work under the direct supervision of the teacher within the learning environment with the teacher present. However, they may occasionally be required to work outside the classroom for short periods of time.
