Description
The Role
This is a full-time role based on our client site in Bristol city center. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities on a client site, integrating seamlessly with the client Facilities Management Team while adhering to The Instant Group's values and monitoring the commercial aspects of the contract. You will have a good understanding of client requirements and any Instant Group services delivered on site, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget.
What will you be doing?
* Support the Facilities Manager in delivering hard and soft services, including managing service providers and handling facilities requests.
* Prioritise planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance to ensure smooth building operations.
* Conduct building audits, manage repairs, and oversee processes from quotations to completion, ensuring PTW and RAMS compliance.
* Ensure Health & Safety requirements and documentation are up to date and compliant with regulations.
* Maintain relationships with landlords and on-site clients, ensuring site staffing and service level agreements are met.
* Assist with reporting, monitor online PPM/CAP systems, and support DSE needs across the estate.
* Attend meetings and travel to other sites as required.

* A minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Good working knowledge of H&S in the workplace.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships, acting in a proactive and professional manner with problem-solving skills.
* Outgoing, personable, and confident with administrative tasks, with experience in Microsoft Office packages.
* Proven ability to work unsupervised.
* Flexibility for limited out-of-hours working may be required.
* Willingness to travel to other sites (mainly Measham) to help deliver key responsibilities.
