We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Orders Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on providing seamless customer experiences, from order processing to after-sales support, with a particular emphasis on managing direct-to-site projects and building strong relationships with contractor site agents. Whats the mission? In this role, you will manage all aspects of customer orders, enquiries, and delivery logistics. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth order processing, timely communication, and the resolution of any delivery-related issues. You will also collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth through customer interactions. Mission Critical Skills Proficiency in English and maths & strong computer literacy. Exceptional customer focus and communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or sales Problem-solving abilities with a creative and proactive approach. Excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills. A team player with a self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset. Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change. It would also be great if you offered the following :- Familiarity with the construction materials supply industry Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
