Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
1. Completing projects on time and within budget
2. Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
3. Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections
4. Positive client feedback/satisfaction
5. Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal/external parties

The Successful Applicant
6. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, related, or similar experience
7. 5+ years of experience with with a diverse project background including ground up health care construction, K-12, Higher education, or other commercial
8. Design Build environment experience.
9. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam or Sage.
10. Ability to breakdown construction operations into a logical sequence of activities creating construction schedules
11. Strong analytical and mathematical skills
12. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
13. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
