MDCV UK has a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Warehouse team as a Warehouse Operative at our Rochester Warehouse. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, ambitious individual who works well within a team and also independently. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, meticulous, and efficient, with a strong drive to meet and maintain business performance targets.
The Role
1. Our Warehouse Operatives are responsible for picking and packing online orders for collection by our courier company.
2. You must be physically fit and practice safe manual handling techniques.
3. You will work with a small team to ensure orders are packed accurately and on time for our customers.
4. Forklift experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
5. Proficiency with Business Central, CRM, and Microsoft 365 is advantageous.
Main Tasks
1. Picking and packing orders from our online platform.
2. Packaging wine securely into our bespoke packaging to ensure safe delivery.
3. Packing large orders onto pallets for safe transport.
4. Maintaining a safe and tidy warehouse environment.
5. Conducting weekly stock counts.
6. Organizing goods in and out into the correct locations.
7. Managing stock for different sites.
8. Handling stock inventory using correct processes for stock movement.
