Role : Head of Account Management & Sales Salary : up to £80k + uncapped commission
Manchester (hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

With an international team across multiple locations, our goal by 2026 is to achieve annual revenues of £9 million, expand to 100+ staff, and build a process-driven Account Management function with a team of 15-20 professionals.
We are looking for a motivated leader to drive growth and establish a high standard in account management.
As Head of Account Management, you will oversee the commercial function, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, retain clients, and expand the customer base. You will lead a team, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborating directly with senior management to grow the commercial function.
Managing budgets and sales profitability targets.
Recruiting, training, and leading the Account Management team.
Building a positive, high-performing team culture.
Tracking performance metrics and preparing detailed reports for senior management.
Managing a CRM pipeline to track client communication, upsells, and new deals.
Proven experience as a sales head/director/manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of performance reporting, financial processes, and budgeting.
Strategic thinking with commercial awareness.
Demonstrable experience building and executing sales strategies and achieving results.
