Your role
As a Care Assistant, you will become a key member of our complex care team, providing dedicated, long-term support to one or a small number of clients in Thanet, Herne Bay, Canterbury or Whitstable. Our Health Care Assistants work 8 to 12-hour shifts, focusing on the care of one client per shift.
You will benefit from a fixed rota with the option of overtime. We are ideally looking for people who are keen to work full-time hours; however, part-time roles are offered.

Responsibilities
* To assist with Tracheostomy care and maintenance
* To promote the clients' independence and support their wellbeing.
* To provide support with personal care and moving and positioning.
* To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Tracheostomy care experience (desired but not essential)
* A minimum of 6 months recent UK care experience.
* Full UK driving license with access to a car.
* To commit to two 12-hour shifts per week.
