White Horse are pleased to be exclusively supporting a UK leading creative agency with their search for a new Account Manager to join the team. This is a key role being brought in to join a small, close-knit team and provide direct assistance to their range of clients.
This isn’t your average Account Management position, you will be involved with both creative and technical aspects whilst providing an excellent service to clients across multiple areas of the business. This is a hands on role with plenty to get stuck in with, so we’re looking for a self-motivated, creative thinker who has the ability to think outside of the box!
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Managing existing client accounts, being the first point of contact providing regular updates and an excellent aftersales service.
* Providing any required technical support around products.
* Assisting with product set up and installations.
* Holding regular check ins with clients, ensuring CRM data is kept up to date.
* Creating content and writing client scripts where required.
* Assisting the wider team with any further requirements.
Skills and experience required:
* Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
* Previous account management experience is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem solving skills.
* A great work ethic with the drive to go above and beyond.
* A keen interest and enthusiasm for tech and marketing is advantageous.
* A good understanding of digital systems or technical knowledge is desirable.
