AST Networks Partners – Credit Controller
We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our finance team in Great Yarmouth. This role is part of a small team responsible for managing and collecting debts for our UK-based AST group companies. Working closely with Account Managers, General Managers, and the Group Finance Manager, you will ensure timely debt collection and accurate customer account management.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:
* Proactively manage and collect debts from company debtors.
* Assist in setting up credit terms for new clients.
* Work closely with the cashier to maintain up-to-date customer accounts.
* Maintain regular communications with clients to ensure timely payments.
* Resolve queries by liaising with Account Managers and the Airtime Billing team.
* Regularly reconcile the sales ledger.
* Provide remittance advice to the Cash Book administrator to ensure accurate customer account history.
* Assist in forecasting expected payments within your ledger.
* Review cash received within the banking system (HSBCnet) on a rota basis.
* Provide ad-hoc cover for team members as needed.

Essential Experience / Qualifications / Educational attainments
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Credit Control role.
* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Self-disciplined, efficient, and highly organised.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with multiple currencies.
* Familiarity with NetSuite ERP system.
