Category Manager Location: Birmingham, Hybrid Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Benefits: Car Allowance, Bonus, Enhanced Pension, Gym, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Discount Schemes. We are working with a vibrant and successful nutrition and lifestyle brand within the FMCG industry who is looking to expand their International team with the addition of 2 x Category Manager’s. This role is a hybrid role, and will require you to be based in their South Birmingham offices 3 days per week. As Category Manager you will be responsible for managing a specific product category within the International Market. Duties include identifying market trends, developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimising product assortment, and monitoring sales performance. Required Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in category management within the FMCG sector Demonstrated ability to drive sales and profitability Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions If successful you can expect a salary of up to £50,000, depending on the experience you can bring to the table.
