Spanish Teacher - January 2025 - Bolton
A fully qualified teacher of Spanish is required from January 2025 at an Ofsted rated 'Good' secondary school in Bolton. The role will be for the rest of the current academic year.
Prospero Teaching is seeking a passionate and innovative MFL (Spanish) teacher for a secondary school based in Manchester. The role will start in January and will be full-time until July 2025. You will be required to teach Spanish lessons to Key Stage 3 classes only, of varying academic abilities. The school has requested someone who has recent experience teaching Spanish in a UK school and who has experience in managing behaviour effectively. It is essential that you have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs are welcome.

Minimum Rate: GBP163.31 per day
Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Experience, Training and Qualifications
1. Fully qualified teacher with QTS
2. Spanish language specialist capable of teaching KS3
3. Innovative and creative teaching strategies and lessons
4. Aim to strive towards good and outstanding standards
5. ICT capable with interactive whiteboards, etc.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
1. Hold Right to Work in the UK
2. Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
3. Provide two professional references
4. Have qualifications (QTS)
5. Complete up-to-date safeguarding training (essential, however, training can be provided)
6. Complete up-to-date prevent awareness training (essential, however, training can be provided)
