About the Role As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing critical administrative systems, and ensuring the efficient operation of processes that support the transport needs of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Police. What You'll Do (Overview): Lead, manage, and develop a team of clerical and administrative staff. Oversee key systems software systems such as Tranman Fleet Management and Trakka while ensuring data protection compliance. Manage the Car Lease/Salary Sacrifice Scheme and all associated processes. Produce and analyze data, including KPIs, vehicle cost reports, and defect reports. Support the recruitment and selection of staff and their ongoing development. Handle Freedom of Information requests and other administrative reporting needs. Act as the point of contact for the fleet information web portal and pool car booking service.
