We are looking for a fast learner who is well presented, bright and confident, to join our team and assist with accounts, lettings and sales administration. Overall Purpose: Meet and greet customers and support the accounts, sales and lettings teams with administration Receptionist / Administrative Assistant - Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Greeting customers when they walk into the office Answering all incoming call and directing to appropriate person Registering applicant/client details for sales and lettings Rent Arrears chasing Uploading documents to CRM system Managing supplier payments and queries Accounts and Lettings Admin support Deposit Protection/ Deposit Returns Stationery Orders Receptionist / Administrative Assistant - Person Specification: Well presented Excellent communications skills Smart and business-like Punctual Professional and Positive attitude Self-motivated Good computer skills Reliable and trustworthy Experience Required: Experience not essential Package: Salary - £24,000 per annum
