Part-Time Accounts Administration Assistant – Number Cruncher Extraordinaire Wanted!
Location: Abingdon (with Friday WFH)
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 FTE
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30-2pm, Fri from home
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time

Our client, a high-value manufacturing company in Abingdon, is looking for an Accounts Administration Assistant to join their small but mighty team. You don’t need to be a finance expert yet – full training is provided. If you have 12 months of accounts experience, an eye for detail, and a love for numbers, this could be your perfect match.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Keeping customer accounts in check and sending out monthly statements
* Chasing outstanding invoices with a professional but persistent approach
* Generating reports for the MD
* Processing invoices, raising credit notes, and running payment reports
* Reconciling bank accounts (GBP & EUR)
* Supporting with month-end processes
* Keeping the shared accounts inbox under control
* Filing, archiving, and assisting with audits
Who We’re Looking For:
* A natural problem-solver who loves a challenge
* Someone with basic accounts knowledge (bonus points for AAT qualifications)
* Strong Excel skills
* A multitasker who can juggle numbers, deadlines, and invoice queries
* Someone with SAP B1 experience (or a willingness to learn)
