Management Accountant - Hybrid Role - Nationwide Housing Association - £40,000 to £45,000 Your new company This business will see you join a nationwide housing and property company. They are one of the UK's leading non-profit housing associations with strong portfolios and pipelines of ambitious projects. Your new role As their new Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts including accruals, pre-payments, cash flow statements, managing general ledger, and posting journal entries. The preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting preparations providing clear, meaningful analysis and commentary for relevant budget holders. Preparation of budgets and forecasts. This role will see you taking part in cross-department collaboration inclusive of attending and speaking in business meetings, presenting in front of colleagues. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will be a CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA qualified Accountant with strong management accounts experience and have a commercial mindset with experience of working with stakeholders, reporting, and preparation of budgets.
