Role Overview
We’re looking for a crypto-enthusiast who loves to be knee-deep in the industry, interacting with thought-leaders and driving growth across social media channels. The TRES brand is positioned to take advantage of the crypto market, and we’re looking for someone to join us who will grow our communities, drive engagement and ultimately keep TRES top of mind for anyone in Web3 Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with TRES’s business goals.
* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and others.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
* Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand relevant and competitive.
Community Engagement:
* Build and nurture an active, loyal, and engaged online community across social platforms and forums.
* Act as the voice of TRES, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
* Foster meaningful conversations and relationships with influencers, partners, and customers.
* Help us to build strong relationships with the Press, in both the Crypto industries and the financial sector.
* Organize and manage virtual or in-person community events, AMAs, or campaigns to deepen connections with our audience.
Content Collaboration:
* Collaborate with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice.
* Coordinate with subject matter experts to produce educational and thought-leadership content.
Metrics & Reporting:
* Track and report on key performance metrics for social media and community growth.
* Use analytics tools to assess ROI and the effectiveness of campaigns, implementing data-driven improvements.
Requirements
* Experience: 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts and online communities in crypto
* Skills: Strong understanding of social platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord); proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
* Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
* Creativity: A flair for creating compelling, engaging, and visually appealing content.
* Industry Knowledge: Passionate about blockchain/fintech/crypto and eager to stay on top of trends and developments.
* Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
* Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience with graphic design tools like Figma, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
