What You’ll Do:
1. Lead a High-Performing Team
You’ll oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for Brand Ambassadors and Event Managers, ensuring top-tier talent is ready to bring campaigns to life.
2. Be the Client’s Trusted Partner
Act as the primary point of contact, building strong, long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate closely to tailor staffing solutions that meet their goals and exceed expectations.
3. Own Event Success
From staffing strategies to on-site troubleshooting, you’ll ensure every event runs seamlessly. ✅ Your leadership will directly impact the quality and success of our campaigns.
4. Master the Numbers
Develop and manage event budgets, balancing cost-efficiency with excellence. Post-event, analyse performance and reconcile budgets to provide actionable insights.
5. Innovate and Optimise
Your analytical mindset will identify trends, streamline operations ⚙️, and improve processes to drive efficiency and results.
What We’re Looking For:
* Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with at least 2 years in a management role within an experiential or promotional staffing agency.
* Event Expertise: 5+ years in staffing or event co-ordination with a deep understanding of the experiential marketing landscape.
* Client-Centric Mindset: You thrive on delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships. ✨
