Key Responsibilities:
1. Maximizing sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop and shop windows.
2. Ensuring that stock density is maintained and regular rotation of stock is carried out.
3. Obtaining maximum realistic prices on donated items in accordance with charity guidelines.
4. Maximizing gift aid income when dealing with customers and donors.
5. Providing excellent customer service at all times.
6. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop including the sales floor, stock processing area, offices, and communal areas.

What we are looking for:
1. Sales & Stock Generation: Creativity in attracting new customers/supporters every day.
2. Management of Staff and Volunteers: Leading in recruiting, training, managing, and supporting volunteers.
3. Administration: Ensuring all financial reporting, cash handling, daily banking, and security procedures are followed.
In this role, you will have sole responsibility for the running of the store, which will involve lone working. Therefore, we are unable to recruit anyone for this role who is under the age of 18.
