Job summary The post holder will assist the Hepatology team in the collection of information to support the development of a HCC (Hepatocellular carcinoma) Surveillance Patient database. To work with the Service Manager, the administrative team, and clinicians to support the pathway of Hepatology patients across both University Hospital Lewisham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Responsible for data collection of HCC surveillance patients and entering this information on to the HCC Surveillance Patient database. Track designated HCC Surveillance Patient throughout their pathway, escalating issues of concerns promptly and arranging next steps where appropriate.
