Job Description:
As a Health & Safety Compliance Officer you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our client's operations. You will play a key role in managing and monitoring the compliance of operatives, conducting interviews when issues or risks arise, and ensuring the effective implementation of RAMs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and monitor Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs).
* Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor the compliance of operatives and provide guidance and support as needed.
* Investigate incidents and accidents, conduct interviews with operatives, and implement corrective actions.
* Provide training and support to staff on health and safety matters.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
