Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council Youth Engagement and Participation Service is seeking to recruit a number of Casual 121 Support workers to facilitate the delivery of a high quality Youth Engagement and Participation (YEP) Service within a particular locality area.
The post holder will work with children and young people who have a disability and require 121 support in order to promote the enhancement and development of their skills and confidence within YEPS provision, whilst offering practical and emotional support. This will include activities that take place in a range of settings in the evenings, during weekends and school holidays.
The post holder will need to prepare, deliver and evaluate learning activities in a range of settings in accordance with the Youthwork Curriculum Strategy as directed by the Team Leader and ensure the wellbeing of young people by adhering to safeguarding and health and safety policies.
