Service Support Planner
We are seeking an experienced Service Support Planner to join our service division. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the maintenance of automatic doors, manual pedestrian doors, emergency exit hardware, roller shutters, and industrial doors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance planning and scheduling, with experience working with manufacturers and installers of automatic door systems. They will be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers, and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for automatic doors, manual pedestrian doors, emergency exit hardware, roller shutters, and industrial doors.
* Develop and maintain schedules for routine maintenance and repairs.
* Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth transitions from installation to maintenance.
* Monitor and report on maintenance activity, including progress and any issues that arise.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
