We are looking to welcome a Service Execution Team Leader to join our amazing Fulfilment Team.
We are expanding our business into home delivery and are looking for people who enjoy leading a team to join IKEA Belfast as Delivery Team Leaders. This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead a team in an entirely new area of the IKEA Belfast operation.

WHAT WE OFFER
* This role has a starting salary of £28,000 per annum, based on competence & experience.
* 39 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including evening and alternate weekends.

Who we are looking for:

Essentials:
* You must have held a clean Full UK Drivers License for a minimum of 24 months.
* You must have at least 12 months experience leading a team of at least 5 people in either a Customer Resolution or Transportation role.
* You have experience planning for succession through regular performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring your team.
* You have experience in resolving customer issues and complaints, reaching a satisfactory outcome for both the customer and the business.
* You have good IT literacy and are comfortable learning and working with new systems.
* Ability to implement structural way of working within the area of responsibility.
Preferred:
* You have experience working within a Logistics environment.
* Experience managing budgets and working with profits and losses.
What will you be doing:
* Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily Last Mile operations by contributing to goal achievement through planning of people, shift, equipment and delivery routes.
* You will support your team to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
* You will be responsible for escalations, customer complaints and accidents - completing root cause analysis, creating and implementing action plans to grow and improve the service.
* You will lead your team to ensure all vehicle and compliance checks are carried out.
* You will be responsible for the regular servicing and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring fleet checks are completed and all reported issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
* Take direct lead with identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing talents in the Service Execution and Last Mile teams, securing a diverse and high performing team that executes its assigned responsibilities with confidence.
* You will work in compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security, relevant vehicle checks and legislation and finally the working environment.
* Work with your team to take action to prevent and reduce damages.
