Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic individual, passionate about excellence, to work within our Quality and Compliance team. Essential criteria:
* Experience working within quality and compliance within a multi-site social care organisation
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and be flexible and work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining quality and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously, excellent initiative and proactivity
* Strong and proven strategic thinking skills
* Excellent written, interpersonal and IT skills
* NVQ level 5 (we would consider applicants with a level 3 if willing to achieve a level 5)
Job responsibilities include:
* Medication Audits
* Auditing Assessments
* Assisting with investigations and Complaints
* Monitoring KPI’s and SLA’s
* Monthly Quality Checks
* Completing 4 week Service User reviews

37.5 Hours
8-4 Monday to Friday

Pay: £12.20 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
