Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a flexible and rewarding role?
Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated HLTAs to work across primary and secondary schools in Henley-on-Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in multiple school settings while benefiting from the flexibility of agency work.
The Role:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across different year groups
* Leading small group interventions and whole-class sessions when required
* Working with students of varying abilities, including those with SEN
* Covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Adapting to different school environments and building positive relationships with staff and students
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Previous experience in a primary or secondary school setting
* Strong classroom management skills
* Adaptability and confidence to work in different school environments
* A passion for education and helping students thrive
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
