Supporting the practice and PCN delivery of the Covid response / Vaccine delivery Participate in the organisation and administration of immunisations programme including; flu, covid, shingles, travel vaccinations and others Participation in the running of chronic disease management clinics through the delivery of diagnostic testing. Undertake Health surveillance / screening: Seasonal Influenza vaccines/B12 New Patient Health Checks Over 75 Health Checks Electrocardiograph recording Blood pressure monitoring Hypertension monitoring Pulse rate recording 24-hour blood pressure monitoring Phlebotomy Dressings, suture removal Support and educate patients to adopt and promote healthy lifestyles and apply principles of self-care
