Our client, a Top 100 law firm, is seeking an experienced Knowledge Officer to join their Quality and Risk Team in Bath, Bristol, or Swindon.
This role involves managing legal information resources, supporting fee earners with research, overseeing precedent management, and ensuring effective knowledge-sharing across the firm.

The Role:
* Develop and oversee the firm’s strategy for legal information resources and knowledge management
* Manage the provision of legal information resources, offering guidance via the firm’s intranet and supporting research requests from fee-earners
* Oversee the Information Resources budget, collaborating with Heads of Departments, fee-earners, and Operations Teams as needed
* Lead precedent management initiatives, implementing solutions for internal knowledge sharing across teams
* Administer online and print resources, including supplier negotiations, usage monitoring, and training for fee-earners and qualified staff
About you:
* Proven experience in an information services role within a law firm
* Strong IT skills and experience working with IT systems, including familiarity with case management systems in law firms
* Proactive, motivated self-starter with strategic thinking, innovation, and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent planning, organisational, communication skills, and an interest in applying AI tools and managing change
