Our forward-thinking, successful client in Minchinhampton, Stroud is looking for an enthusiastic Administration Clerk to join their lovely team dealing with a range of clients including high-end clientele.
This is a great opportunity to work within a small but dedicated team within a company that can be flexible for their employees, including potential early finishes, social events and more. This business also has free, on-site parking and provides breakfast for their employees on Fridays!
Main Duties:
1. Answering incoming calls.
2. Liaising with clients to obtain missing documentation.
3. Accurate data entry onto various Excel spreadsheets.
4. Filing, stationery stock control and ordering of sales brochures.
5. Ad hoc support to the Office Manager and the sales advisors.

1. Excellent written and verbal communicator.

4. Confident and friendly telephone manner.
Hours: 31.5 hour working week (Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5pm - early finish Friday at 4pm)
Salary: £14.65ph + free lunch on Fridays
