Customer Assistant - In Store Bakery - Alnwick
Temporary, 4th May to 27th July, 14 Hours

* 06:00-13:00 Sat
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Bakery section, where you'll become a champion of our delicious baked goods. We're seeking passionate individuals with a love for baking and a deep understanding of bakery products to deliver fresh perspectives every day.
Responsibilities:
1. Be a brand ambassador, ready to recommend our delicious bakery products and provide remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued.
2. Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App, to enhance customer experience and ensure product availability.
3. Maintain high standards in food safety and hygiene while ensuring customers don’t wait.
4. Foster a great inclusive store environment by supporting and respecting colleagues and customers.
5. Adapt to various areas of the store, demonstrating flexibility in response to changing retail demands.
