Job Overview: As a Business Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm's operational and business development efforts. You will work closely with the Partners and senior members of the team, assisting with client management, financial operations, and overall practice growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day running of the practice, providing operational and administrative support to senior management. Help manage client portfolios, ensuring smooth communication and effective support for their financial needs. Provide business development support, contributing to identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Prepare and assist with the creation of financial reports, client statements, and other key documentation. Collaborate with both internal teams and clients to ensure that all tasks are executed accurately and efficiently. Handle client inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and delivering top-notch service. Help manage the firm's workload, ensuring deadlines are met and that client expectations are exceeded. Skills & Experience Required: Strong administrative and business support experience, preferably in a professional services or accountancy environment. A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced and client-focused setting. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. A solid understanding of business operations, finance, and accounting concepts. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or similar would be an advantage.
