Who You Are: 2-3 years current HR Advisory experience in a law firm, LLP, or financial services - essential Strong communication skills, with a detail-oriented, proactive approach. Passionate about creating effective HR solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment and onboarding, including apprenticeships and work placements. Represent the firm at career fairs and build relationships with educational institutions. Develop learning and career progression opportunities for staff. Manage key moments in the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance reviews. Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
