We are supporting a growing software company to hire a Business Support Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis. This role is based in the Worthing office and will be 3 days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities for the Business Support Coordinator:
1. Shadowing the MD to understand all aspects of his role and how you can support with the following:
2. Supporting the new sales team with all documentation
3. Sending out contracts
4. Reviewing current processes, procedures and ways of documentation and scheduling reoccurring reviews
Key Skills for the Business Support Coordinator:
1. Experience within a PA/Office Admin function
2. Previous experience using a CRM system
3. Ability to build strong relationships
4. Strong Attention to Detail
