This support includes the management and preparation of resources, routine maintenance on equipment used by staff and students at the centre and the identification of purchasing needs while monitoring the use of consumables within the relevant teaching area. The role will involve supporting many of our high-quality performance events which take place in the evenings across the academic year. You will be expected to solve varied problems and develop solutions using analytical, judgmental, creative and developmental skills. All staff are expected to work together be flexible, adaptable and respond to the changing demands within One. As such on occasions you will be required to provide support in the evening to various college events (beyond the normal working day); some hours of this are built into the contracted hours and there is scope to negotiate TOIL or amended working times with the post holder for additional hours over this.
