Job description We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our clients Rental property business based in Pontefract WF8 Monday to Friday 9am -4pm Early finish on Fridays. Interviews will take place on 25th and 26th March with a view to start on 31st March Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing communications, and maintaining records. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various clerical tasks while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and computer skills, this role is also customer facing can be very fast paced and extremely busy operation. Duties Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and files. Assist in the preparation of reports and documents Organise meetings, including scheduling appointments and preparing necessary materials. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly. Provide clerical support such as typing, filing, and photocopying documents. Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping and invoicing when required. Skills Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in computerised systems Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
