Title: Receptionist Type: Temporary Hours: Full Time (Monday Friday 9am - 5pm) Location: Inverness Starting Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour Details: Our client is looking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator on a temporary basis for approximately 4-6 weeks. This is a full time role, Monday Friday 9am 5pm and duties include: Duties include: Reception cover, greeting and assisting visitors to the office and dealing with general enquiries. Taking messages and delegating calls. Updating the visitor book. Post duties. Filing, photocopying and scanning documents. Updating and maintaining client records accurately. Arranging meetings and setting up facilities. Overseeing office facilities and stationery ordering. Person specification: Previous experience in an office/reception based role. Well presented and articulate with a polite telephone manner. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of IT systems including MS office preferred. A pleasant and friendly nature.
