With a growing portfolio of premium locations, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to help build occupancy and revenue at our high-end care home in York. Role: Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving occupancy and revenue growth through the acquisition of new residents for day care, residential care, and respite care. This position is ideal for someone with a background in luxury real estate, high-end hospitality, or premium membership services, who can act as a brand ambassador and primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the upkeep and presentation of show suites in the home. Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, offering a highly consultative approach. Work with local businesses to arrange networking events and strengthen community engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive awareness and promote the home and its events. Spend time in the home working closely with the membership and resident activity teams. Drive lead generation and manage the ongoing sales pipeline. Support other care homes within the group as required. Requirements: Proven experience in luxury property sales, high-end customer service, or premium memberships. Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with an acute eye for detail. A proactive, dynamic, and collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience. Strong adaptability and the ability to manage shifting priorities and timelines. Background in hospitality, senior living, or private healthcare sales is advantageous. Willingness to work beyond standard office hours, including some evenings and weekends for networking and events. Demonstrable track record of month-on-month occupancy growth. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales leadership role. Knowledge of the high-net-worth market and an understanding of the luxury care sector is a plus.
