The role of a Seasonal Sales Assistant involves providing 5-star customer service during our busiest time of year. We seek passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to showcase our beautiful products and connect with our customers. You will be an excellent team player, ready to receive and give feedback to enhance team skills.
You will ask insightful questions to uncover the right products for each customer and showcase them through engaging product demonstrations. Support buying decisions by confirming interest and securing sales. Conduct shop tours through intelligent link sales, create bespoke routines, and provide pampering consultations with decadent hand and arm massages.
With in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you will be a Lush Ambassador representing our ethics and values, playing a crucial role in creating the ultimate experience for our guests.

Skills and Experience
