Your responsibilities will include Excellent communication skills when dealing with people in person/on the phone or in writing. Gathering, recording and/or reporting of information. Experience of handling client issues and enquiries. Completion of mail duties. Experience in filing and updating records. High-quality customer care to ensure customers, dealers and finance partners are satisfied with the service they receive. IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient. Determination, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills. Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
