Main duties of the job Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, and Nurses. Provide care and treatment to patients with long term conditions or undiagnosed and undifferentiated diagnoses. Diagnose, manage, prescribe, and discharge patients with illness or injury across all age groups, including young children. Conduct consultations via face to face appointments, telephone, or video consultations. Operate as an autonomous practitioner, ensuring patients receive timely and effective care.
