About the Role: Are you highly organised and proactive with experience in managing office operations in a fast-paced distribution environment? We are looking for a Distribution Office Supervisor to take full responsibility for overseeing the workload, processes and efficiency of our distribution office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that administrative tasks, scheduling and communication run smoothly. You will oversee workflow management, and process improvements to ensure seamless support for the wider distribution team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records and input data into warehouse systems. Coordinate with warehouse staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Process incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, report preparation and email correspondence. Assist in tracking inventory levels, resolving discrepancies and generating stock reports. Liaise with suppliers, couriers and customers to manage delivery schedules and queries. Support health and safety compliance by maintaining relevant records and documentation. About You: Were looking for a dedicated and organised professional with the following skills and attributes: Previous experience in a senior administrative role, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment. Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with teams and external contacts.
