Could you step into a role where trust and stability still mean something?
Fourteen years.
That’s how long the current administrator at Integra Financial has quietly and expertly run the operational backbone of the business.
They are retiring this summer. And now, we’re looking for someone to step into there shoes and bring their own sense of pride, structure, and care to the role.
This is a full-time, fully remote position with one condition:
You must live within 15–20 miles of Ascot (SL5).
Not because we’re checking up on you, but because relationships matter here.
The Principal Adviser likes to meet up face-to-face every now and then (weekly or fortnightly at first, then less frequently) for a coffee, a catch-up, and a proper discussion about the week ahead.
What you’ll actually do:
You won’t just be pushing paper or checking boxes.
You’ll be the sole internal administrator in a lean, high-trust setup, working closely with the adviser to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
That means:
* Submitting new business via Transact
* Managing client records and tasks in Intelligent Office (iO)
* Preparing documents for meetings
* Generating suitability reports using CATS templates
* Selling down funds, issuing letters of authority, downloading valuations, and keeping everything neatly filed and up to date
The adviser handles the advice.
The paraplanning, compliance and reporting? All outsourced.
Your role? Be the person who keeps the day-to-day running smoothly ,with minimal fuss and maximum attention to detail.
Is this you?
You’ve probably worked in IFA admin for at least 4 years.
You know how Transact works. You’ve got a solid handle on iO.
You’re self-motivated, organised, and don’t need hand-holding.
You like the sound of a role where you’re trusted to get on with it ,and your work actually makes a difference.
You also appreciate a quieter working life, one that values loyalty over hustle, clarity over chaos, and people over process.
The package:
* Up to £38,000 salary, depending on experience
* Discretionary year-end bonus
* 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (total 33)
* Pension: 3% employer / 5% employee
* Flexible hours (within standard business hours)
And perhaps more importantly — a handover from someone who’s been doing the role for 14 years. That kind of continuity is rare.
