The opportunity
Our client's Nuclear Power Programmes are delivering client critical works to some of our major UK and European Projects. Their embedded teams are delivering support to Hinkley Point C (New build power station in the South West), helping develop technologies in SMR (Small modular Reactor). Due to their continual expansion they are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant who will provide accurate and reliable PA and administration support service to the Lead nuclear team.
Your duties and responsibilities will be
Handle a wide range of high-level administrative tasks for the Lead Teams.
Manage the Lead teams diaries and plan ahead in order to anticipate busy periods and changing priorities.
Act as the point of contact between the Lead Team and others
Prepare and handle key organisational documents maintaining strict confidentiality.
Arrange business travel, accommodation, and coordinate meeting arrangements. To this end, the personal assistant is the primary point of contact of French PAs for HPC project.
Arrange practical arrangements (bookings, seminars, events, Team Projects, Site visits)
Manage other specific requests coming from the Lead Teams (such as TEEXMA – our time booking system)
Handle newcomers process arrangements (IT, induction…)
Support other EPR-E PA’s with events/diary assistance, manage purchases on a company credit card (Track business expenses), receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email and ensure accurate and efficient document management and classificationYou will have the following qualifications and experience
Good organisational skills (flexible/organised/methodical) with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and be proactive.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills notably with various levels of the organisation and externally.
The ability to work as an integral part of a team contributing to team success, communications and a positive working environment
Discretion - confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
General administrative/secretarial knowledge producing professional work as well as ability to adapt to new and changing systems
Use of Outlook or similar diary/email application; Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point.Get in touch now
