Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage favourable relationships with key decision-makers and department leaders across various roles.
* Drive pre-tender market consultation, implement tender contracts, and introduce new products.
* Support value-based pricing to drive profitable growth.
* Create value through total concept solutions, including hardware, products, and services.
* Develop and execute a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher, with expertise and experience in Negative Pressure Wound Therapy.
* Life Science/Business/Clinical/Nurse Degree and/or relevant experience preferred.
* Clinical/sales experience of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy solutions/products required.
* Ability to manage key accounts and opportunities through professional customer relationship management processes.
* Current, valid Driver's License required.
Additional qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc) and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
This field-based role requires domestic travel and candidates must be based in close proximity to assigned territories, which cover Beds/Luton/MK, Herts and West Essex, Mid and South Essex, Norfolk and Waveney.
