Join the Nelson Trust as a Front of House Receptionist/Administrator at our Swansea Women’s Centre. We are looking for a friendly and efficient individual to be the welcoming face of our centre. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and providing comprehensive administrative support to our Women’s Services Team. Your duties will include handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining health and safety records, and managing client data. You will also liaise with external agencies and ensure accurate recording of client information.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage a varied workload with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for tracking and inputting referrals, maintaining client records, and assisting with data analysis and reporting. Additionally, you will manage morning meetings, ensure the reception area is tidy, and support special events.
