Following an administration review, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to undertake the role of Administrative Assistant for Angus Health & Social Care Partnership.
We are seeking an individual to be part of the Corporate Admin Team providing support to the Executive Team for Angus Health and Social Care Partnership. Excellent communication, organisational, and keyboard skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing meeting schedules.
2. Preparing and organising documents, reports, and presentations.
3. Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
4. Maintaining and updating office systems, records, and databases.
5. Assisting with event planning and coordination as needed.
6. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
7. Supporting to maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
