Working in a fast paced growth stage environment, demonstrate product knowledge and technical proficiency to advance healthcare in the in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) sector.Day in the Life: Deliver engaging EXENT® End User training courses that incorporate the latest technical developments and updates. Ensure training consistency by monitoring outcomes, including trainee performance and feedback. Design and deliver effective technical training programs to support the ongoing development of global EXENT® Applications Specialists. This includes conducting in-person and electronic training sessions, workshops. Collaborate with the Manager to support and mentor new employees. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team skills and efficiency. Join a team that facilitates the seamless implementation of the EXENT® system in customer laboratories. This includes pro-actively improving departmental processes and incorporating PPI for new and existing installations, integrations, and LIS requirements. Ensure progress is reported, controlled, and maintained during hypercare and beyond. Work with technical teams at Global Services and regional offices to provide timely and effective support to customers and colleagues. This includes remote access support and technical investigations to diagnose faults and restore system functionality. Handling customer communications and monitoring customer case data to optimise workflows. Maintain expertise in MALDI TOF Mass Spectrometry, automated MALDI plate preparation, and associated software systems. Use this knowledge to develop globally approved service processes, EXENT® knowledge articles, and educational materials. Use your technical proficiency and customer-facing skills to demonstrate systems, software, and products during customer demonstrations, insight days, and other company-led events. Provide customer feedback for projects that impact product utilization in labs, including software and system development. Ensure compliance with company quality and regulatory policies. Identify and address product risks and technical issues promptly, providing mitigation measures. Participate in change control and configuration management, acting as the central point of contact and information source for collaborators. Keys to Success: Education: Degree (or equivalent experience) in life sciences or other science-related fields OR an equivalent engineering degree qualification or demonstrable scientific experience Experience: Experience in a scientific or engineering subject area (e.g., clinical/research laboratories, electronics, biotechnology, medical devices) Experience providing applications or technical support for clinical laboratory customers is desirable Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong technical skills for problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective decision-making Customer-centric with excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills Understanding of effective training methodologies and tools Ability to adapt and improve while delivering at pace Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Some travel required.
