OVERALL SUMMARY This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and professional Marketing and Communications team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain a full understanding of the different specialisms within the department and be in a strong position to develop their career. The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing and the wider Marketing and Communications team to deliver a best-in-class marketing experience. They will play an integral role in promoting and protecting the firm’s brand and reputation in and supporting a range of projects. Working closely with colleagues across the team to ensure consistency and the application of best practice, optimising use of systems, resources, budget and acting as a brand ambassador at all times. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Marketing and Communications team in the delivery of key colleague and client campaigns Draft, edit and upload communications articles to company intranet Support the intranet editor network, review and update intranet content, ensure editors are managing and updating their content and training new editors as required Support the intranet development roadmap, including exploring and implementing new features Monitor the communications and marketing inboxes and respond to queries Co-ordinate marketing policy and procedures reviews and updates Co-ordinate Management Reporting, team presentations and meetings Support invoice processing and budget management for the team Manage new joiners on boarding and training on Marketing tools and processes Use CBAM’s agreed systems and processes for marketing, events, lead management and communications Support the Events Director in securing and managing external venues, suppliers and other resources necessary to execute the private client sponsorship and events strategy Support the delivery of private client events including ‘at event’ attendance as required Work with the Head of Brand supporting the management of the corporate merchandise portfolio and client gift portal Act as a Brand ambassador at all times Regulatory responsibilities ¦ Compliance/T&C Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients. Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.
